Reading

Nowadays, many people do not like reading. Because most of them think that reading is something activity which very boring. Especially for a person that uses the left mind. The users of left mind, they are more attractive to the numbers. They like more do calculation compare reading. So, because of that this group must change their perspective about reading.
Actually reading not only concentrate about book and fact. Many other sources we can read other than books. For example newspaper, novel, story book and others. As you know, many benefits we can get through reading. One of that is we can improve our general knowledge. Without reading, we cannot know what happened around us. The best example is reading the newspaper. Through reading the newspaper, many issues that happened in our country and other countries we can know. For example new issue that happened in our country a month ago. The issue is about increase of the petrol oil price. It about RON95 price up 5 sen to RM1.80. Therefore general knowledge is very important to a person. We can know about the current issues.
Beside that, general knowledge can make us know to explain more detail about what we want talk. Just look in our class when has a speaking practise. Most of our students do not know to brief a topic with more detail. Because most of them do not have more general knowledge and not have a good communication skill.
In addition, a lot of reading can also improve our communication skill. A good communication skill is very important when we communicate with other people. We must speak clearly in order to the listener understand what we say. For example we say ‘flow’. We must mention with the right pronoun and clearly. If we say with the wrong pronoun, maybe the listener think this word is ‘flour’. Although the sound nearly same but both of this words have the different meaning. Because of that reading is very important. So, we as a student must reading a lot. Because through reading, it not only can improve our knowledge and communication skill but we can also write an essay better. Therefore, my advise be reading as one of your hobbies compare waste your time with playing games.
