h1n1

we hve been alarmed with h1n1 issue in our campus.13 students were found postive , and almost 70 students were suspected to that particular diseases.
finally,our director make a dcision to close the campus.

i am feel glad that our campus was closed temporarily. its nt bcz im happy cz i dun hve 2 attend classes.but im happy bcz we dun have to face the risk to dat killer new viruses.at least,the total amount of suspected vctim will not increased fer dz mean time .dont we noticed?d longer we stay in d campus,d higher d number of students, will b qrntin and suspcted to h1n1.this is not a small matter bcz d scientist n doctors are not found d vaccine yet.so we have to be extra careful in our daily xtvities to avoid d virus from spreading and infected to us .

for those who have d symptoms,u should meet d dctor asap. prvention is better than cure.dun wait till d vruses spreading.
be extra careful,wear mask . n take a vitamin as a assistance in build up our immune system in our body.

    i agree wif u xiera...dis virus is very dgerous..

    u know that,some of uitm in malaysia was suspected wif h1n1...they also same wif us,their cmpus was close tmporarily...

    i hope after dis, our campus clean from h1n1...
    but, we must be careful wif our surroundings bcoz dis virus spread easily......

    thanx xiera fer the article.
    from my very own knowledge,h1n1 is a very dangerous and serious disease as no cure have been found.
    true,i'm also glad that our campus closed a week last week.
    i dont happy but i am not the only person on earth that freak out by it.
    that disease totally drive me crazy.
    i dont even have the appetite to eat.no mood to attend classes.
    this is due to that particular killer disease.
    afterwards.i really hope that UiTM-especially our campus,is h1n1 free.

    nowadays h1n1 is a famous issue around the world..
    people talk abt this virus evrywhere..
    they scared will be effected by this virus..
    now, this virus has been spread in our uitm..
    i totally agree with our director to close this campus temporary...
    this is the right decision to secure us from be effected...

    this virus is very dangerous...
    many school and institute had been closed today...take good care of ourselves...
    follow the instruction by the doctor....always wash your hand...if u get the fever go n see doctr early...hope after this our campus is free from this desease...

    Hai xiera! Erm.. that is exactly my view!! I think the students that have any symptoms like fever, flu-like, cough, headache, muscle and joint pain, sore throat and runny nose, and sometimes vomiting should go to the clinic as soon as possible to ensure their health level…

    Other than that, the student that have been quarantine must follow the instruction that have been given by Ministry of Health of Malaysia to make sure that the virus of Influenza H1N1 cannot be spread to the other person.

    Many ways we can do to avoid it such as minimize relationship with the person that have been infect by Influenza H1N1, practice good personal hygiene, cover the nose and mouth with tissue when coughing or sneezing, frequently wash the hands with water and soap, practice good health habits including adequate sleep, eating nutritious food and keeping physically active.

    everyone must be alert with this virus..
    as we know our campus closed 4 a week because of this virus.

    emm..so if anybody have symptoms of this virus,go quickly to the clinic.. n i agree with farhana bout ways to avoid this diseases..

    last,always remember PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CURE..

    hye all...

    xiera i like a lot your article coz your article is about the hot issues around the world...as we know our country is actually free from h1n1 but this diseases 1st case happen in mexico....and our country is been infected by people who came from country that have the h1n1 ...the total number of people being infected by this diseases today is increase...as u know by talking closer the risk to get infect is higher...so if u have mask,don`t be shy to wear especially in public area it is coz this is the best way 4 u to prevent the virus from separate easily...and dont forget always wash your hand...go to see the dr if u have the h1n1 symptoms...

    i also same wit u.. im glad when our cmpus became closed temporarily..i luv holiday..
    when holidays at home,,i feel fever and cough.. then i goto the clinic..thnk god.. iam not being the suspected of h1n1..huhu..
    i suggest for all..meet the doctor when u feel not well..yarp,.! i agree wit u.. prevention is better than cure..tata.. c u

    regarding this important article i want to share xiera's anxiety with all of u..
    me myself also got heavy and chronic fever last week..but after getting the treatment and good care of my family especially my wife, i'am ok now..but i'am not being infected with the h1n1..thanks god..so we have to take care of our health from now..and lets us pray to Allah for our health and safety..byee

    i agree with xiera's opinion about h1n1 that had happened to our campus..
    i'm glad that our campus has been quarantined for 1 week,so the student cannot get virus and we can study with healthy when after a week...
    but we must carefull from being efected from outside..prevent than secure..

    Salam,
    Eeem,H1n1 the issue make people worried because this problem become more serious and recently a child had died because this virus.We as UITM students also feel the impact of the H1N1 till our campus closed for one week.
    I want to give some advices to prevent from this virus spread widely.Firstly, we must have proper personal hygiene such as when we want to sneeze and cough we must close our mouth with handkerchief or tissues.When we at public we should wash our hand after touch things.
    Secondly,when we have symptoms of H1N1 please immediately go to clinic for check up to avoid other people being affected by the virus.
    Finally,we must use mask when we at the public to avoid from being affected.

    i totally agree with xiera that we actually in danger...
    we can easily affected by this virus..it still in our surrounding...many people in malacca have affected by this virus...and in other country..many institute,college,school and other place have already close because this virus...especially in uitm..
    but it still have in uitm..because many students still get this virus...
    looks,this virus are very strong,and we have to strong also to fight this virus..
    my advice,take good care of yourself,if need to wear mask,wear it...take it as serious cases..

    first of all, i'm totally agree with all of you...people keep talking about this virus which easily spread by the air, just 'in the twinkling of eyes'...recently, this h1n1 issue frequently hits the news paper headlines...not only uitm students have been infected by this virus, but almost the whole country facing this harmful disease...since, the vaccine is not found yet,everyone should alert and follows whatever instruction about this virus that have been given by the health ministry...h1n1 virus may not be eliminated easily but we can control it if everyone take preventive measure towards this virus...stay safe and take good care of our surrounding and also our personal hygiene...
    last but not least, i hope our campus will free from this virus soon...

    Honestly, i like to tell you all when the campus closing was announced, i felt pretty sad in my heart that i didn't know why. Several days later i learn the true story behind the closing down from the campus director at the mosque. Influenza A or HINI or 'Pig Flu' or as my father told 'swine flu' is the most fastest affection among human. I learn that the source comes from pig, bird, and human itself. We should ask why this happen. Is this only flu or it is redemption from god? I do aware of this disease before sign in for this semester. In Mexico, national quarantine was declared as there was to many death caused by this 'pig flu'. If we affected, we should immediately take treatment, but there is idiom 'Better fight before cure'. The actions we should do are wash hand frequently, don't go to affected countries, wear mask and not eat pork.
